My 'milkshake'

I totally agree that neither the split showing off a glimpse of your leg nor the decollete can be out of fashion, because they are way too much classy to become démodé. But why not be avant-garde and try something new if you like to show off a little bit skin. Make slashes on the back side (not front) of your denim shorts. The one you see on Frida Gustavsson above take guts to wear on bare skin but you may try them on black tights.

Stay in touch!

Welly welly well! Where were we guys? Let's move on with my eye catchers from the pre-fall collections. Before getting started, i must tell you that, of all the pre-fall collections i've seen so far, the Stella McCartney's has stolen my heart!

Mix-n-match textures

That's one of my fav; a dress with leopard prints scattered over the cutie polar bear print, from Moschino!

I can't wait to get my hands on these, again from Moschino, they look gorgeous, and super comfy!

The irresistible of the all pre-fall collections! Black crocodile trench coat, by Philosophy!

Pleat details in Alexander Wang show. Especially the first one below, the jacket with sheer pleated pockets is  gorgeous.

Ancora di Alexander Wang, i totally love this skirt over sweater or shirt look, do you remember the collection of Chloé, at which the stylist vested the models with high waisted skirts over white long shirts, when was that exactly? I don't remember the year and couldn't find it on style.com. Anyone?

Fur collars, from Derek Lam. Can't take my eyes off of the rich color harmony between the coat and the fur collar  on the second look below.

Ah! My other favourite; fur caps from Givenchy!

Structured clothing from Lanvin!

Preen's fantastically romantic eye catching prints.

The hit item of the whole Rochas collection; the metallic coat with the inky print evoking the watercolor effect on it.

Again, the best for the last; Stella McCartney! The sharp tailoring, the prints and the colors are just amazing!

To be continued... So, ciao for now guys!

Lads, welcome these!

Style.com

Cameo lovers, get cheered up! Recently, we've been seeing the cameo necklaces, brooches and rings on many stylish women, be it the editors, models or top bloggers. And now, Alber Elbaz, by presenting the pre-fall collection of Lanvin, he winked at this pretty elegant accessory. Now, we can start getting more excited about the upcoming fall 2012 collections to be presented next month! Because, surely we'll be seeing more of them out there.

Timeless Beauties

Flipping through the January edition of Vogue Paris, i happened to see the most glorious jewelry of my whole life. It's by Van Cleef and Arpels. It's called the "zip necklace." The history of it dates back to 1930s as stated in the official website of Van Cleef and Arpels, the time when it was first suggested by the Duchess of Windsor.
In the November edition of Vogue Turkey, there was an article about the jewelry collection to be auctioned of Elizabeth Taylor, and a quote of hers was stated there, she was saying, intending the jewelry pieces, "No one could ever possess such a beauty. We could only be their guards." Until i read this, i used to find the value given to the jewelry pieces "extravagant". Because for me, it's a bit unnecessary to spend millions of dollars for a single, super shiny thing because i used not to consider them as art pieces. But in fact, some truly are "pieces of art". As the Mona Lisa of Da Vinci would never ever belong to anyone in this world until forever, neither would do the jewelries. The keepers of them are solely the guards of it.

Hola, 2012!

Hello everyone! Wishing you all a happy new year! I've gone missing for a while, "scusatemi" for this! I've chosen to make the very first post of 2012 on my fav newly out editorial shoots and covers to get you into the mood of a brand new year and inspire you a little bit with these eye candies!

Elle UK

Yeah, that's her, Dakota Fanning. Incredible but true! She's totally grown up and looks hella attractive.

Malgosia Bela for M le Monde Magazine

Hat over hat? Why not? Looks super cool, you can give it a try by mixing them up according to their shapes, like circle shaped hat over a square shaped floppy one, or to their colors and sizes as seen in the shoot above.

Meghan Collison for Vogue Russia

The reason to make a girl go obsessive compulsive; dark green leather pencil skirt by Prada. Cheers to that!

Isa Asklof for Elle Ukraine

And that to dazzle you! Ahh, can't even look at this for more than 3 seconds, totally radiant look out of the Ukraine's freezing cold!

Ashley Smith for Oyster Magazine

Let 2012 turn you into a rock star! Even if you are not, dress the way they do!

Dazed and Confused

Wow! This is just an impeccable art of face. Little bit creepy but amazing!

The Ones 2 Watch

And of course i've saved the best for last! These ones are from an editorial called "And then there were none". The set design, the clothes, the models, they all look super elegant but harsh at the same time. It looks to me as if the whole crew having done this editorial has been inspired by one of the scenes from The Godfather or The Sopranos, at which the mafia having dinner together with their wives beside.
