The 3D Shoes

Look what i found while i was flipping through a home magazine today: a pair of 'wonder of design' shoes by Andreia Chaves. The 3D printed shoe designs of him were shown before in an exhibition organized at this year's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with the collaboration of  Herve Leger as stated on the site of 'Freedom of Creation', a Dutch based studio, whose designers have already collaborated with Chaves. And the pair i have seen on the magazine is the product of this collaboration between Andreia Chaves and Freedom of Creation. There are only two different models by this collaboration, which are both handmade and designed in Italy. On the website of FOC it tells a story about why they are called 'the invisible shoe', but i think what is so attractive about these shoes is their fascinating dimensional shape and their unbelievably comfortable look!

Ciao a tutti!

Guys i'm so sorry for this long pause i had to give! As i mentioned below, i have been in Italy for a month and have just returned home. My intention was to keep sending posts in Italy but unfortunately my laptop was broken during the rush in the airport while heading for Florence! Anyway, the trip was wonderful, every second of it was like a dream, me and my semi-italian friend, Maria, had fun all the time! 

(Not to mention that i brought like 20lbs of Italian magazines with me!)

Now, i would like to show you the most interesting outfits i captured with my camera while i was rolling through the streets of Florence. They both are made out of newsprint papers! (Yeah, i got inside the store just to touch them) The name of the store was ASPESI. I couldn't find any other outfits as interesting as these in the store but hooking up these two outfits in the shop window was a reasonable way to get the windowshoppers inside. (I don't know the others but it worked on me.)

Some people are born to be cool, and Erin Wasson is one of them. The super cool model, stylist and designer has posed for the June issue of Elle France, and once again dazzled us with her effortlessly chic look and bohemian style. 

God forbid!

Look what i've spotted; the executive fashion editor of Tank magazine, Caroline Issa, whom you have quite likely seen on one of the popular fashion blogs, wears an evil eye bracelet on her left wrist, which is rather typical in Turkey, outside one of the menswear shows currently held in Europe and it feels good to see a renowned name wearing an evil eye bracelet like most of us, the Turks, do.

Guys, i'm flying to Italy this Sunday, and i'll stay there for nearly a month.  I'm planning to make trips to almost every part of the country, and that's why i've got myself immersed in searching for the cool things to be bought from Italy.  And here is my first find and new obssession; Del Toro loafers! As i do love the touch of 'velvet', the loafers by this brand have enamoured me! Their shape looks flawless, soo elegant and classy. It is definitely a must-buy for the loafer freaks!

Ps. You can get your own monogram embroidered on them, which is really cool to have.

Hey, boy!

I know, probably all of you are sick of seeing 'color blocked' outfits on almost every street photographer's blogs, or any of the fashion sites and also on my blog but this 'one' was too cute to be ignored. (Yeah, i mean the 'outfit'). The pink, the yellow, the blue and the boy are way too good! And by far one of the most 'to be wowed by 'color blocked' outfit i have seen.

Zara-Metallic Trousers

Simply gorgeous! Perfect match with our basic black or white loose t-shirts, tank tops or sweaters. As it is made out of metallic-looking cotton, you wouldn't look like a demode disco girl coming from 90s, wrapped up in sloppy polyester. They're more like 'jeans'. But if truth be told, you gotta have a perfect body shape to rock these.
